THE BONER GROUP TEAM
Creativity, smart strategies and out-of-the-box thinking are not solely the domain of our creative department. Everyone in every department at The Boner Group contributes big ideas no matter what hat they're wearing. Loyal, professional, ethical, and hard working: shouldn't the talented people on our team be on yours?

Ann Savage
President

Ann Savage co-founded The Boner Group, Inc. with Gina Boner, and has been a driving force in shaping the direction and success of the agency. Just prior to The Boner Group, Ann was Media Director for Sound Advice, where she managed annual media budgets of $10 million for the chain's 20 retail stores throughout Florida. Ann also oversaw the company's co-op advertising and market development projects, working with over 100 separate marketing partners including mega-manufacturers Sony, Panasonic and Yamaha.

Ann is a chocolate-loving, Home Depot addict who loves spending time with her kids and their various activities. As far as hobbies-she's a working mom, so who has time for hobbies? With her own company, family and a world of cocoa to consume, she has the art of juggling down to a science. Oh, did we mention she was her high school's valedictorian? What else would you expect from a perfectionist?

Kim French
Vice President/Director of Client Services

When Kim French joined The Boner Group, Inc., she knew she was finally home. The agency's uncompromising dedication to integrity in advertising was in line with her standards and something she felt lacking in the advertising industry today. Kim is responsible for account planning and marketing strategies as well as managing several key clients.

Prior to agency life, Kim worked on the client side as Director of Marketing for Roadhouse Grill, where she was responsible for new store openings, promotions, advertising and point-of-sale materials. She also served as Marketing Project Coordinator for Brothers Gourmet Coffee, where she oversaw the development and implementation of marketing and promotional programs.

Very organized, calm and accommodating. Kim prefers solutions to problems and straight-forwardness to vagueness. A native of Boston, the beach is much more to her liking.

When not working, Mark tries to finds time in his schedule to go to the beach, the gym and drive his Infiniti G35 Coupe, the way it was built to be driven. His two requests for drivers on the highway, "get out of the left lane" and "hang-up and drive".

Jason White
Graphic Designer

Jason has the job of filling 'blank spaces' with powerful graphic designs that communicate a strategic message. Not easy, but he makes it look easy with his talented approach. Originally from New Jersey, he has been a South Florida convert for the last 14 years, and there is no place he'd rather be. Before joining BG, his last 7 years were spent as Senior Graphic Designer with the JCC of the Greater Palm Beaches, where he was the recipient of numerous awards from the ADDYs, GDUSA, APEX and others.

A self-described nerd and owner of a hard drive with over 60 GB of… well, let's say… "diverse" music selections, his passions include typography, NPR, collecting art and spending time with his wife and kids… oh, and Dunkin' Donuts coffee. Not necessarily in that particular order of course.

Paige Romano
Media Buyer

Paige manages and coordinates all the broadcast media buys and more. She gets the best for placement and pricing from all her experience and savvy marketing skills. She also has a constant case of Déjà Vu since she worked at BG 6 years ago in the same position. She left to start a family, and now with that crossed off her list, she's back to being part of the team. Prior to joining BG in 1997, Paige honed her media skills at W.B. Doner advertising in Tampa as an assistant media buyer, placing media for large clients in multiple markets around the U.S. She began her media career at Katz Television in Tampa as a sales assistant, working with major TV stations around the country. Paige received her B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. Go Bulls!

John Holloway
Finance Manager

Yes, he's the money guy, making sure the bills are paid, invoices prepared, and making sure that a passion for advertising isn't the ONLY reason this motley crew keeps showing up every morning. When John's not frantically shifting numbers from one column to the next, he can be found working out at the gym, landscaping his gorgeous home, and rushing the net on the tennis court.

Lynn Sparks
Receptionist

The drive from the tee. A dogleg to the green. Putt for birdie. Can you tell she's a golf nut? If Lynn could play three times a week, she'd be as happy as Tiger…Woods, that is. A sports fanatic and big KC Chiefs fan, she also loves shopping, home decorating (and office decorating; Lynn put her special touch on our office) and lounging poolside with a drink in hand. Easy-going, big-hearted, loyal and kind, she makes sure everything runs smoothly.
