Each client is assigned to a senior account manager; a single point-of-contact allowing for prompt, informed communications, and supported by an assistant account manager. A Boner Group team member is always available during business hours.

Monthly, quarterly and/or annual budgets, media flow charts and calendars are prepared and presented to our clients to keep them informed of production costs and media placement and its status at any given point in time.

Status Reports
Clients find our weekly printed status report helpful in tracking and executing jobs. This document comprehensively outlines each project, its status, deadlines and required action.

Estimating and Approval
Our estimating and approval procedures leave no room for guesswork, ensure full communication and eliminate common errors. This process also includes project scheduling.

Media Reconciliation
